The luxury brand zone has launched at Central Phuket Floresta, offering a high-end shopping experience, while Mercedes Benz Phuket reports an increase in sales of top models. Gardens of Eden has seen soaring sales, reinforcing the demand for premium housing in Phuket. Luxury that cares for the world and community attracts demand for Gardens of Eden.

The luxury real estate market in Phuket is bustling again during the high season, particularly with the Gardens of Eden project, which has exceeded sales targets of 2.8 billion baht from its first two phases, encompassing 12,720 square meters of luxurious living space. This has attracted buyers from around the globe, with Russians being the primary group, followed by Singaporeans who have emerged as the top luxury buyers in Asia, seeking value and a better quality of life for their families. Factors attracting interest include 13 international schools and premium medical services, such as Bangkok Hospital and Bumrungrad Hospital, which are set to open soon.

The Gardens of Eden project is located opposite Bang Tao Beach, just 20 minutes from Phuket Airport, featuring over 70% green space out of a total of 122,000 square meters, developed into parks, lakes, and green areas, with residential space occupying only 30%.

Roman Gorin, Managing Director of the Gardens of Eden, stated: "When it comes to luxury, we cannot use 70% of the space for construction because true luxury is the opposite. Previously, the luxury market in Phuket focused mainly on villas, but in the past 3-4 years, we have seen a shift as people begin to seek more community-oriented living."

The demand for luxury in Phuket continues to grow, encompassing Michelin-starred restaurants and the introduction of high-end brands in the market, such as the luxury brand zone at Central Phuket Floresta, which includes leading brands like Prada, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Rolex, catering to the high-end consumer segment that has become an essential part of the luxury lifestyle in Phuket.

Ms. Wilai Porn Pitimanarari, Senior Vice President of Central Pattana Public Company Limited, stated: "The demand for this zone has exceeded expectations, so we plan to expand the area for additional global luxury brands to accommodate the increasing demand in the future."

The high-end lifestyle is also impacting the luxury automotive industry, with Mr. Prachya Lapharojkit, Managing Director of Mercedes-Benz Phuket, revealing that premium vehicle sales have grown by 20% over the past two years due to increasing demand from international customers in the area.

"Having a good community is the key to making Phuket a truly luxury real estate market. For projects like Gardens of Eden, the convenience of access to international schools, hospitals, shopping areas, high-end restaurants, golf courses, and marinas is what makes Phuket unique and outstanding," Roman Gorin added.
